Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the TeamTracker platform (the "Service") provided by DataFlo Automation. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. General Conduct

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service in any way that:

• Violates any local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
• Harms or exploits minors in any way.
• Infringes the intellectual property or rights of any third party.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any destructive code.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the Service.
• Using the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or phishing attacks.
• Overloading, flooding, or otherwise interfering with the Service infrastructure.
• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorised individuals.
• Using the Service to store or transmit illegal content.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Service.

3. Content Standards

Content uploaded to the Service must not:

• Contain hate speech, threats, harassment, or discrimination.
• Include obscene, defamatory, or libellous material.
• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contain personal information of third parties without their consent.

4. Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Reporting any suspected security breaches to security@datafloautomation.com immediately.
• Ensuring that users within your organisation comply with this AUP.

You must not use the Service in a manner that consumes excessive resources or degrades the experience for other users. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that place unreasonable demand on our systems.
